Master Terms of Service & Commercial Agreement

By engaging with INSPIRED GLOBAL CUISINE LTD, you enter into a legally binding contract governing our culinary and logistical services. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Service Provision

The Company agrees to provide food delivery and catering services as specified in the service order. We guarantee that all food is prepared in certified sanitary conditions and meets UK food safety standards. Delivery times are estimates, though we maintain a 98% on-time performance rate.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. For corporate accounts, payment terms are Net-14 days from the date of invoice. Late payments are subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Liability and Force Majeure

INSPIRED GLOBAL CUISINE LTD shall not be liable for failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather in Greater Manchester, civil unrest, global supply chain collapse, or pandemics. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total value of the specific order in question.

4. Intellectual Property

All recipes, logistical algorithms, and branding assets are the exclusive intellectual property of INSPIRED GLOBAL CUISINE LTD. Unauthorized reproduction of our "Bazaar-Link" systems or menu architecture is strictly prohibited.
